I'm not going to lie and say week 2 has been easy peasy, it hasn't. This is mostly due to the stupid shifts I have been doing at work though. I have been doing a lot of 10pm finishes and normally when I do these shifts I would come home and eat. I have just had to control what I eat when I get home a bit better . I am still sticking to my diet though and I'm still determined to keep going.
I have felt a bit achey this week. not sure if this is the diet or work or both. Suddenly climbing the stairs is an effort! How unfit do I sound?? I have been sleeping a lot more as well unfortunately not necessarily at the right times. I will be awake until 2 or 3 in the morning if I have been on a 10pm finish and wake up around 10.30 or 11.30am! Not so good.
Overall though I am feeling so much better in myself and still motivated to keep it up. I thought I would start getting sick of the shakes by now as I have done these diets before and sometimes I just was unable to face the shakes, however this hasn't happened yet.
And finally the results this week are......I've lost another 2 and a half pounds! Yey. It's not a huge amount but it is a healthy amount to be losing at a time so I am very pleased.
Obviously there is still not a lot of change in my appearance so instead of boring pictures of me looking the same here is a cute one of me and Jess :)
