My Top 5 Mascaras

I thought it was about time for a beauty post. I am desperately needing to have a clear out of my make up drawers and get rid of the products that are past their best, so as I was going through everything anyway I thought it would be an idea to pick out favourite products and maybe do a little series of top 5's.

Today I'm going to share my top 5 mascaras. In no particular order here they are:

This is my go to basic mascara that I have repurchased several times over the years. To be honest with you it was probably one of the first kind of mascaras I ever bought. It's the one I buy if I'm on a budget or in a hurry. Just a really good, inexpensive, every day kind of mascara.

Elizabeth Arden Lash Enhancing Mascara Black 01
When I first saw the wand on this I wasn't sure how good it was gonna be to be honest but actually it was so good. It's been a while since I used it so I can't remember too well why I liked it but I know I really did! :) I'm pretty sure it was good at lengthening but not so much volumising? I want to try it out to check I'm right but it's all dried up now!

I love this mascara. I think I have compared it to Benefit's Roller Lash in the past, but obviously a lot more affordable and to be honest maybe even better. I will definitely be repurchasing this one because   I really like the effect it gives.

I wasn't sure how well how well I was going to get on with this mascara purely because the brush bit was so big! Look at it compared to the lash sensational!

It is a really good mascara though I have to say I have really enjoyed using it, I just wish my budget would stretch to a repurchase but I can't justify it! It's not quite done yet though so I will enjoy it whilst I can.

I received this mascara in a Glossybox I think, and have to say when I saw how cheap it was (about £3/£4) I didn't expect it to be great. Then I tried it...and used it every day for weeks. It's another one if you are on a budget and can get hold of it definitely give it a go.

I have to say mascara is probably one of my favourite make up items. I often have no make up days but still like to pop on a little bit of mascara.

Do you have a favourite mascara?
